ABOUT ME Dana Arazi is a nationally certified interpreter for American Sign Language, with 12 years of interpreting experience. Dana received a Masters degree in linguistics from Gallaudet University in 2003. He holds a CI/CT as well as the new NIC certifications offered by the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf. Dana Currently divides his time between Los Angeles, California and Washington, DC. While Dana enjoys working in many different settings, he specializes in travel interpreting. This includes settings from interpreting conferences to kayaking backwards down white water rapids. Dana has traveled around the world providing interpreting services. Dana has attended law school and is currently a nationally certified Emergency Medical Technician. This allows him to interpret accurately and with confidence in related settings. Dana spends approximately two (2) months out of the year giving back to the community. This includes projects such as traveling to Russia to teach team building workshops to bicycling across the country to raise money for deaf programs.
